Yes, expect nightly rates to be between $500 and $700 for a basic room depending on the time of the trip. If you are lookign for a similar feel but with a lower price, my recommendation would be to check out Disney’s Fort Wilderness.
Can you walk from Disney Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom?
Unfortunately no, you’ll have to take the bus to Magic Kingdom or you can take a friendship boat. The ride on the boat only takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom.
Can I visit Wilderness Lodge without staying there?
Yes, its a really good idea to check out any resorts you may be interested in staying at. The Wilderness Lodge is also a great spot to take a mid day break from Magic Kingdom. Its a short bus ride over and you’ll have much quieter dining options that staying in the park.
Can fireworks be seen from Wilderness Lodge?
Yes, there are a few different spots to view fireworks from. To get the best view, you’ll need to be there a little early. The best spot is by Geyser Point, and they also play the music along with the foreworks.
